Register for the 2008 Season
There are several ways for you to register for the 2008 baseball season.
Before you do, please note the following requirements:
Players must turn 4 years of age by April 30, 2008
Fee:
T-Ball-$150. (ages 4-7),
Tee Ball form must be sent with application.
Little League-$180. (ages 7-18)
$10 discount for additional siblings.
Senior League-$200.
New players must show proof of age (birth certificate)
New players must show proof of residency (utility bill)
Register by mail:
You can sign up by mail by downloading the Registration Forms, filling them out, and mailing them along with your check for the proper amount to:
Thousand Oaks Little League,
P.O. Box 3413,
Thousand Oaks, CA 91359.
Every player must complete the main Registration Form and the Medical Release Form.
If you have a T-Ball player, you may also wish to fill out the T-Ball Team Assignment Form so that your T-Ball player can be assigned to a team with a friend, neighbor or classmate.
Register Online:
You can also register online using the secure server at Active.com.
There is a small fee for registering online using your credit card.
To register online just click at the top of the menu bar to the left and follow the quick and easy directions.
Register in Person:
Our sign up tables will be manned as usual this year if you would prefer to sign up in person.
Saturday, January 5th, 2007 from 10 am to 4 pm
Sunday, January 6th, 2007 from 10 to 4 pm
at Vons Market at the corner of Erbes Road and Avenida de Los Arboles.
*If you are new to our league and register by mail or online, you will need to provide proof of age and proof of residency documents prior to the start of the season.
Don't forget to complete the volunteer portion of the forms!
Every parent is expected to volunteer in some way during the course of the season, and we really need your help!
Your coach will be talking to you about further volunteer opportunities.
